Ticket Sales
Tickets can be purchased easily online through the Cloakthon webshop, starting from 23 May 2026. Tickets cannot be purchased at the event itself. A day ticket is valid only for the day specified on the ticket. Tickets cannot be returned or reimbursed.
Hotel arrangements
It’s possible to book a hotel room at reduced cost directly with NH Koningshof. These rooms can be canceled up to 7 days before the start of Clockathon. Other terms and conditions of NH Koningshof apply.

Non-Refundable
Tickets are non-refundable. It is not possible to have your ticket reimbursed if you can’t make it to the event due to illness, work, or other reasons. During the ordering process you can purchase an insurance that allows you to have your costs reimbursed for certain (very specific) reasons.
Accessibility
Clockathon has very good accessibility for people with a physical limitation or mental vulnerability.
Care assistants: all visitors and care assistants need their own ticket. Free tickets are only available for RTGS-registered interpreters. See below for details.
Wheelchairs: all amenities such as cloakrooms and restrooms are accessible by wheelchair. The stands and paths are set up wide enough so that there is wheelchair access to everything. However, it is possible for aisles to become congested due to crowds.
Auditory limitations: people who make use of an interpreter should contact info@customscript.nl. Please send us the interpreter’s name, email address and RTGS-number a day before the event so we can send them a free ticket.
