About Clockathon

Clockathon is the first event of its kind in the Benelux. It is primarily focused on social deduction games, in particular Blood on the Clocktower. It’s an event where players can play their favourite game the whole day long.

Activities and games
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced storyteller, we have a game for everyone to sink their teeth into. We are organising more than 60 games throughout the day, which you can sign up for here. Not only are we playing the base three scripts Trouble Brewing, Bad Moon Rising and Sects and Violets, but there will also be multiple games with custom scripts. These will be announced at a later date. There is also enough room to run a town of your own.

We have also found several experienced storytellers willing to share their knowledge with you. Do you want to learn how to storytell, of do you want to become a better player? In our workshops you can elevate your Blood on the Clocktower game to a higher level.

999 Games has provided us with an array of games that you can play between your Blood on the Clocktower sessions. Do you need to come down from the stress of having been the demon for 90 minutes? Relax with a quick game of Cockroach Salad before you jump into your next Blood on the Clocktower game.

Age
Blood on the Clocktower is a game where communication and deduction play a central role. We think that the game is less suitable for children below the age of 13. However, we think that as a parent you know best what your child is and isn’t capable of. Therefore we do not want to impose a minimum age to attend this event. We do however require that all visitors below the age of 13 are accompanied by an adult at all times. Adult supervisors require their own ticket.

Accessibility
We strive towards Clockathon being universally accessible. The location is easily accessible by wheelchair. The organised games are perfectly suitable for people with visual or auditory limitations, and the event can be attended for free by officially registered RTGS-interpreters. There is also a small low-stimulus room available upon request.

If you have other limitations, or have questions whether this event is suitable for your situation, please contact us at info@customscript.nl

Food and drink
Vergader- en congrescentrum De Schakel has its own bar and kitchen where you can purchase food and drinks throughout the day. It is not permitted to consume your own food or drinks on the premises.
